긴 용접 넥 플랜지

LWN(Long Weld Neck Flange)은 목이 있는 맞대기 용접 플랜지의 확장된 형태로, 목 높이가 일반 맞대기 용접 플랜지보다 상당히 높습니다. 넥은 일반적으로 직선형 원통형으로 설계되며 높이는 공칭 직경(DN)에 따라 조정됩니다. DN ≤ 100일 때 넥 높이는 229mm, DN>100일 때 305mm입니다. 목벽의 두께는 점차적으로 파이프 벽의 두께로 전환되어 응력 분포를 효과적으로 개선하고 플랜지의 강성과 지지력을 향상시켜 고압, 고온 및 빈번한 온도 변화가 있는 작업 조건에 적합합니다.
