긴 용접 목 플랜지 (LWN)는 목이있는 엉덩이 용접 플랜지의 확장 된 형태이며, 목 높이는 평범한 엉덩이 용접 플랜지보다 훨씬 높습니다. 목은 일반적으로 직선 원통형 모양으로 설계되며 높이는 공칭 직경 (DN)에 따라 조정됩니다. DN ≤ 100 인 경우 목 높이는 229mm이고 DN> 100은 305mm입니다. 목 벽의 두께는 점차 파이프 벽의 두께로 전환되어 응력 분포를 효과적으로 개선하고 플랜지의 강성 및 하중 용량을 향상 시키며 고압, 고온 및 빈번한 온도 변동에 따른 작업 조건에 적합합니다.
